I have been really really digging Romanticist's paintings lately. A Thomas Cole painting palette inspired this one.

It Has Been a Long Long Time

I haven't been to a figure drawing session in years. It was nice to get out and drawing. In some ways it is interesting how more infrequent visits for me help me to recall the basics a lot better. Where if I am drawing every week I slowly inch away on maybe not as efficient practices.

Wife and kids are off visiting grandparents for Easter. I sketched out this rabbit years ago and my daughter wrote in her writing "I love my Grandpa," close to my drawing so I turned it into a text bubble.
